This session will introduce the Jewish Community Legacy Project (JCLP), a funded national initiative that addresses the needs of waning congregations to plan for the future. URJ small congregation specialists and lay leaders involved in the process will provide insight into how these congregations can work together with stable congregations to ensure that the stories of their trailblazing and succeeding generations are told and that their legacies are preserved.
